Dutch Nationals without Suzanne Harmes                                           Report & results

This weekend the Dutch National Championships for women will take place in sportsarena ‘De Telle’ in Heerenveen.                                

 Saturday the all-round competition will take place, Sunday the event finals. 
No doubt there will be a lot of attention for the succesful EC-team of Patras. But 16-year old and most talented Suzanne Harmes will not be amongst them. She is still recovering from in wrest injury. Besides that she broke off the relations with Frank Louter (Pro Patria) and is now training in Nijmegen with Boris Orlov and Esther Heijnen. Rikst Valentijn, recovering from a slight injury, also will not compete in her hometown Heerenveen.

Verona van de Leur has to defend her title but will have to compete against Monique Nuijten and Renske Endel who both finished short after Van de Leur two weeks ago during the semi-finals. Gabriëlla Wammes will also take part in the medal struggle.
