5th Grand-Prix Competition 2009 of Rhythmic Gymnastics
took place from April 23 - 26 in Holon, Israel..
High expactions the Israeli hosts have for the appearance of their world star Irina RISENZON at home, who ranked on third place on the topical Grand Prix Ranking Lists, with rope, ball and ribbon, directly behind the Russian stars Kanaeva and Sesina, but Evgenia KANAEVA won the all-around and all the apparatus finals at last...
A Junior groups competition tool also place in Holon, a good chance for a last international test before the Europeans in May ...

Our GYMmedia correspondent Bernd THIEROLF keep his camera yesterday not only on Kanaeva, but also on the training og the German junior group, who is identical with the group of the TSV Schmiden, after a special German national trail in February this year, winning against the group from Bremen...:
