Kabaeva dominated the Russian Cup
Moscow, 28th /29th September

At the Russian Cup on weekend Alina Kabaeva and Irina Tchachina received exactly the same points in all around competition and both won. Tchachina had to stop the final competitions because of illness. So won Kabaeva three of four finals. She lost her ball, so that she did'nt win a medal in this final. Zarina Gizikova became the best with ball.

New Slovenian Cup winners Jeremič and Gala

Maribor, 28th September. The AA winner of Slovenian Cup in rhytmic gymnastics in the senior category became Dušica Jeremič, who came back very succesfully after a long recovery from an injury - she showed very good performances. Unfortunatelly national champion Mojca Rode could not finish the competition because of the strong pain in her back - we are hoping she will be able to heal her injury soon and prepare well for the EC in Granada. Kaja Šindič took the silver and Andrea Žegarac was third. In the junior category national champion Špela Gala also became the Slo Cup winner in front of her teammate Neja Jerant and young Urška Krenk.
