Unter
der Leitung von TK Präsident Horst Kunze führte
die FIG in diesem Sommer zwei weitere Kampfrichterkurse durch.
Ende Juni in Athen erarbeiteten sich 11 Kandidaten/-innen aus
Griechenland, das erst seit kurzem Mitglied der Trampolinfamilie
ist sowie aus Bulgarien über 3 Tage die Prüfungsgrundlagen. Am
Ende konnten acht Kampfrichter die Prüfung bestehen und ihr
"Brevet" der Anfangskategorie IV, also ihren
internationalen Kampfrichterpass, entgegen nehmen.

Mitte Juli fand ein weitere Lehrgang in Mexico-City
statt.
Mexico ist gerade erst als neues Mitglied im Trampolinturnen dazu gekommen .
Harte Arbeit gab es da für Kursleiter
und Kandidaten während der 3 Tage Vorbereitung, die sich aber lohnten,
schlossen doch auch hier 11 neue Kampfrichtern der Kategorie IV -
mehr als erwartet - die Prüfung erfolgreich ab.

Greene of Quebec City are among Canada’s top medal
hopes against a stellar field at the trampoline and tumbling World
Cup competition set for this Friday and Saturday in Edmonton at
the University of Alberta Van Vliet Universiade Pavilion (the
Butterdome).
It is the fifth stop this season for the trampoline World Cup and
the third for tumbling. It’s the first time since the world
championships in 1996 that a major international trampoline event
is held in Canada. More than 130 athletes from 25-countries are
entered.
In women’s trampoline, Irina Karavaeva of Russia is the dominant
figure in the sport. The Olympic champion has won all four World
Cup events this season. But Germany’s Anna Dogonadze hopes to
repeat last year’s exploit when she beat the Russian by .10
points at the world championships last year. Olena Movchan of the
Ukraine is another top performer this season with two silver and
two bronze on the circuit. |
>> Die gesamte Weltelite wird bei den letzten beiden Weltcup-Veranstaltungen
der Serie 2001/02 in Edmonton (17-Aug), CAN und eine Woche später in
Greensboro, USA am Start sein. Erwartet werden dort Teilnehmer
aus ca. 25 Ländern.
Für die jeweils 8 Finalplätze beim Finale Im November in Hannover ist
noch alles offen, so dass spannende Wettkämpfe zu erwarten sind.
