Svetlana Klyukina (RUS)

  Kliukina wins with a double twisting Yurchenko and a piked Luconi, both of them with a step back. Nistor's vaults were piked Luconi and a RO-1/2 on-full-twisting tuck off (9,8 SV). Kazantseva is third with a Yurchenko 1 1/2 and a handspring front pike 1/2.

. both Russians ran into problems during their routines and had extra, dropping their start values - only 9,0 for Kliukina.
-  Zgoba swung an inside stalder-inside stalder full-Bi-piked Jaeger but had to fight a little on low bar.
- A first ever gold for Britain for an unusual routine from Rhian Pugh with a Zuchold to inside stalder. 
Pugh had some leg form issues on her stalder full on high bar but pulled through nonethless.

Alina Stanculescu (ROM)

... Kliukina scratched from the finals after bars and was replaced by Margarita Vatidi. Lots of inconsistencies in this final.- Ferrari threw a ff-tucked full and took a step on her dismount.
- Lozhechko seemed to have the best routine for many experts but didn't quite do enough for gold (standing Arabian, 1 1/2 twisting straight jump).
- Stanculescu wobbled on a ff -layout but was very solid everywhere else - sure combination of front aerial to two back tucks.

 ...Another impressive demonstration of Romanian floor work with Nistor tumbling a double layout,full-in, 2 1/2 twist-punch front layout and a  triple twist.
- Izbasa couldn't quite catch her, opening with a very high tucked full-in. There were some problems with Macri's music and she had to wait on the podium while they were being sorted out. She still put in a strong performance with nice classical choreography.
