Free exercise floor 'Apollo Diagonal'® Ref. 1790360
FIG certified Competition Model
The new JF competition Free Exercise Floor‘Apollo
Diagonal’® is a totally new concept, with the new Cross Flex
System, X-FS.
The direction of the gymnasts’ exercise
isalways on the diagonal. This 2nd generationfloor has diagonal
floor boards. The floor hasequal dynamics over the entire surface.
Aperfect balance between surface elasticity anddurability is
achieved by this carefullydesigned lay-out. The cross laid foam
layerswith different dynamic characteristics furtheroptimise this
floor to become a truly newgeneration of free exercise

'Apollo
Diagonal' ® floor with the new Cross Flex System, X-FS
This ‘Apollo Diagonal’® floor will be used at the
Olympic Games Athens 2004. The Cross Flex System, X-FS isbuilt
up around the diagonals and has homogeneous dynamics over the
entire floor.
A predictable reaction onlanding and a heavily increased life
span of the floor are the result of this innovation. The
overall rebound andabsorption values are within FIG 2004
specifications and give the gymnast a soft feel with a very
high energyreturn. This first of the next generation floors
with a real innovative design is a dramatic
improvementcompared to the existing old generation free
exercise floors.
