DONG Dong secures the mens Trampoline gold medal for China again

The fourth Olympic competition in men's trampoline since the inclusion in the Olympic programme was dominated again by the Chinese - like four years ago:
Not the winner of 2008 in Beijing, LU, Chenlong was the best today, but the 2008 bronze medalist and vice-world champion 2011 in Birmingham, DONG, Dong finally wins the Olympic gold medal, with a fantastic programme, the most difficult exercise (17.8) and a total score of 62.990 points!

A little surprise was the Russian Dmitry Ushakov (61.769) who could place between the two Asian superstars.
He beat the Olympic champion from 2008, LU, Chenlong (CHN, 61.319), with a better execution score and relegated the Chinese on the bronze rank. With this Ushakov tooks his best result after the bronze in 2009 at the World Championships.
Place four and five went to Masaki ITO and Yasuhiro UEYAMA both from Japan.
Canada's silver medalist in Beijing 2008, Jason Burnett, crashed in the Final ...

4. ITO, Masaki (JPN) = 60,985
... a little bit better than his teammate ...
5.
UEYAMA, Yasuhiro (JPN) - = 60,240
... with Asian elegance and suppleness ... once he was dangerously close to the margin of the safety blanket

6. FEDORENKO, Nikita (RUS) = 59,105

... four triple sommersaults, but in the sum it's not enough ...
7. PENNES, Gregoire (FRA) = 58,805
...  without mistakes, but with a too serious performance .. not high enough like the favourites !

8. BURNETT, Jason (CAN) = 6,715
... the 2008 silver medallist crashed after his second jump ...!
