OLYMPIC TEAM FINALS
The incredible series of five Olympics, the Japanese had long dominated the scene: Between 1960 (Rome) and 1976 (Montreal), they won team gold 5x!
Now the Chinese have the chance to make a hat-trick with a 2004 series started in this direction.
Whether they can succeed in Athens and Beijing now in London, but is more open than ever, as the new finals format with only three athletes per apparatus, all of which go to make the score even more dependent on the daily form. Unusual than ever wobbled but just the Asians in the preliminaries.

... three consecutive Olympic team gold the Asians picked last.
The Russians were most recently in 1996 on the highest podium, but got their last medal in Sydney in 2000 and were subsequently not rank 6 out twice.
This time in London they should come back, but with young, ambitious men, and to intervene in the medals battle as well as the German men who were behind the U.S. in 2008on fourth place.
The U.S. men however in Saturday's qualifying here, however, shone with the most stable programs. In the best form on the day they are today with the Asians can certainly compete for the title.
Team Germany has to make do without a vice-world champion Philipp Boy ....
Exciting and can really open it in front of an Olympic final is not going ...?
