Bronze
für Spanien! |
Der
Kampf um Bronze - zunächst völlig offen, aber...
Alle drei Italiener im ersten Durchgang stiegen vom
Gerät ab, bzw. hatten Gerätverlust,
die verpatzte Jokerübung am Reck von Cano (zweimal
nach Kovacs) aber ließ die Spanier zunächst nach dem
ersten Durchgang zurückfallen.
Im zweiten Durchgang aber trugen besonders die beiden
jungen spanischen Damen die meisten Punkte ins
Protokoll:

The
fight for the bronze medal - completely open at first,
but...
All
the three Italians fell off the apparatus or lost
their apparatus, but the Cano's screwed up
exercise at the horizontal bar meant some
steps backwards for Spain in the first turn. The
second turn brought points for Spain, the biggest part
of them achieved by the young Spanish ladies:
