"‘It's like a mercy to reach such an age. So today I'm actually turning 99 years old! Looking back, my beloved sport has helped me to stay pretty healthy for so long. Of course, I also have my little ‘ailments’, but on the whole I can only recommend everyone to somehow incorporate age-appropriate sport into their lives.
