German Aerobics Open: Gold for Lacatus (ROM) und Parejo (ESP)

With a really brilliant performance the 'Number One' of the FIG world ranking list, the Romanian Daniela Izabela Lacatus got the title at the today's final of the world Cup '2nd German Aerobics Open' in Leipzig, Germany.
In an original manner this world cup event was held in the historical but modern eastern Hall of the main train station of Leipzig.
In men's category the best of qualification, the Italian Vito Iaia loose against the Spaniard Ivan Parejo.
Also the trio category were win by Romanian favorites M. Brinzea/M. Zamfir/V. Mavrodineanu.
just as the Romanian group, in front of Russia and the surprisingly Bronze medal of the Germans.
Some hundreds visitors in the main train station hall of Leipzig saw interesting and a dynamic competition with highlights of aerobics......

Am gestrigen zweiten Tag der '2. German Aerobics Open' im Leipziger Hauptbahnhof stellten sich die Senioren mit den Qualifikationen den Wettbewerben.
Erwartungsgemäß setzten sich in den Einzelkategorien die Favoriten durch: Der Italiener Vito Iaia, der bereits die '1. German Aerobics Open' im Jahr 2003 in Leipzig-Grünau gewann, liegt bei den Herren vorn. Das Feld der Frauen führt die FIG-Weltranglistenerste Daniela Izabela Lacatus (Rumänien) an. Cristina Antonescu und Mircea Brinzea aus Rumänien führen bei den Mixed Pairs, bei den Trios M. Brinzea/M. Zamfir/V. Mavrodineanu aus Rumänien. Auch bei den Gruppen liegt Rumänien vor den beiden Teams aus Russland.
