Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) starts the season of international competitions with the FIG World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics.
The participation of 63 gymnasts from 14 countries is expected in the competition to be held at the National Gymnastics Arena of the capital Baku on February 12 & 13.
Baku was also the host of the 35th Trampolin Worlds in the Olympic Year 2021!

Three gymnastics world championships in one year - that’s never happened before!
After the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021, the World Gymnastics Championships and the World Gymnastics Championships in Kitakyushu, the gymnastics world looked to the third world championship of the gymnastics disciplines in the same year, to the 35th Trampoline World Championships in 2021, which took place from 18th to 21st November in Baku (AZE).

2012 and 2016 Olympic champion Rosannagh MacLennan (CAN) has been elected as the FIG Athletes’ Commission representative for Trampoline Gymnastics through 2025. MacLennan, 33, obtained 20 votes from her athlete peers in an election held the day before the 35th Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships open in Baku (AZE). Four-time Olympic medallist Dong Dong (CHN), the only other candidate, received 11.
