14th European AEROBIC GYMNASTICS Championships 2025

From November 14 to 16, the 14th European Aerobic Gymnastics Championship will be held for the first time in the city of Ganja! This will be the first European Championship in the field of gymnastics to be held in this region. Ganja is Azerbaijan's second largest city, with a population of around 335,600 citizens. The city has been a historic and cultural center throughout most of its existence. The competition will take place at the Ganja Sports Palace, which was inaugurated in 2024. The Ganja Sports Palace stands out for its modernity. It is fully equipped with all necessary infrastructure, allowing international-level competitions across various sports disciplines to be held according to global standards.
Before, from November 9 to 11, Ganjaalso hosted the 1st ECh 2025 for juniors and age groups under 15 years ( - see below)

* BALANCES -:  The new European champions in the individual aerobic disciplines are Anastasia Kurashvili (UKR) and Leonard Manta (ROU) in the men's competition.
The title in the mixed pairs went to Azerbaijan, followed by Ukraine and Turkey.
The trio competition was won by Romania, ahead of Bulgaria and Italy.
Italy became European champions in the aerobic groups, ahead of Romania and Hungary.
Hungary took gold in the aerobic dance competition, ahead of Romania and Italy.
The German team missed out on a medal by just 0.1 points, finishing in fourth place.
* In the overall standings, Italy was the most successful nation, followed by Romania and Spain.

1st European Junior Championships (+ U 15) 
       - Ganja / AZE;  2025, November 09 - 11

* Balances:
The best nations at the first Junior European Aerobic Championships were Spain, Turkey and Hungary, each with three victories.
Bulgaria won two JEM titles, followed by Italy, Ukraine and France with one gold medal each.
Lithuania (2 silver, 1 bronze), Romania (3 bronze), Greece and Great Britain also won medals.
