FIG WORLD CUP 2025: AEROBIC Gymnastics

Reigning World champions from Japan, Spain and the People’s Republic of China join the fray at the final AEROBIC Gymnastics World Cup event of the season in Tokyo (JPN) 26-27 April. After last month’s World Cup in Cantanhede (POR) was swept by European contenders, some of the strongest in the global east now look to dance into the limelight in the world’s largest city. These include World champions Kitazume Riri and Saito Mizuki (JPN) and Zhang Qingzhou (CHN) and Wang Zhenhao (CHN). Kitazume captured her second individual world title last autumn in Italy and won a second title with Saito in Mixed Pairs. Showmen Zhang and Wang were part of the Worlds-winning Trio in Pesaro (ITA), though for Tokyo Fan Siwei is replacing Zhang Jingshan as the team’s third gymnast. * Source : FIG
