BLUME-Festival: GOOD BYE to the 52nd FESTIVAL 2012

With a festive reception for the representatives of domestic and foreign delegations in the traditional and pompous "Real Club Nautico" of the island capital Las Palmas ended the eventful days of the Festival BLUME Gran Canaria.

Recent conversations, thanks, handing small gifts to the Canary dedicated organizers and appointments for the 52nd 2012 edition were the main contents of the nations together, social gathering at the posh social club in the Canary metropolis.
Very impressed by the atmosphere of this festival a big international gymnastics family, was the now handicaped and former member of the German national team, Ronny Ziesmer, which the Spaniards had been invited in his capacity as a flower-ambassador for the second time.

Back in 2004, just four months after Ronny's accident before the Olympic Games in Athens, the former junior athlete and current vice-world champion Philipp Boy and former Minitramp world champion Nico Gaertner were with their  training group from the SC Cottbus (GER) traveled to the active relaxation ...

<< Wheel chair draiver and -dancer from the University of Munich and sport acrobats from Berlin (TuS Hellersdorf) started in 2004 a solidarity action in support of injured German athlete.
... Ronny today. "I have seen also in this year a great diversity and the positive and coexistence of different age groups and various gymnastic disciplines, very enthusiastic. The Blume-festival promoted communication, creates vitality and thereby has a looseness and informality, which simply is fun.
