Japanese Rhythmic Gymnastic in 2015

Five years before the 2020 Olympic Games, which will take place in the Japanese capital Tokyo again after 56 years, NHK - Japan's only one public broadcaster - produced a current TV status report interesting insights into development and goals of JAPANESE RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS in the country.
In this feature story (48 min., in English) the ambitions of the Japanese gymnastics nation which ranked on 7th place in the group competition at the recent Olympic Games (2012)  and on 8th place the last Worlds (2014, Izmir). Japan's  best individual gymnast, Sakura Hayakawa, came on 16th in the all-around last year, but an individual apparatus final didn't reach reached no Japanese gymnast yet. Among all the 32 nations at the FIG World Championships in 2014 Japanese gymnasts ranked 11th in the team competition.

Japan's company and worldwid wellknown label C h a c o t t supports the international gymnastics coverages of the European Gymnastics Service "GYMmedia INTERNATIONAL".

Finally, Japan Gymnastics will present itself in 2020 to its own audience as a success nation.
