Following Guimarães in 2004, the 30th European Trampoline Championships will once again be held in Portugal in 2026. This time, Portimão in the beautiful Algarve region in the south will be the host city from 8 to 12 April for the entire programme – from Olympic large trampoline, plus synchronised trampoline, through to double mini-trampoline and dynamic tumbling and - for the first time at European Championships - also for the U21 juniors! The competition start with the qualification rounds on Wednesday.
* The Finals followed on Saturday and Sunday, April 11/12 ..: ...:

SILVER Gabriel Albuquerque (POR) - 64.240
BRONZE Kirill Kozlov (AIN2) - 63.870
Women*s Elite
GOLD Anzhela Bladtseva (AIN2) - 58.680
SILVER Iana Lebedeva (AIN1) - 58.240
BRONZE Soffia Aliaeva (AIN2) - 57.670
With 19 sets of medal at stake over the course of the day at Portimao Arena, there was plenty of action to enjoy.
The home crowd went absolutely crazy for Vasco Peso on Tumbling. The Portuguese superstar went for broke in the super final, easily holding off Azerbaijan’s Tofiq Aliyev and defending Champion Magnus Lindholmer (DEN) for a well-deserved European title.
Stanislau Yaskevich paired up with Ivan Melnikau for the men’s synchro title, while Zlata Miniakhmetava and Katsiaryna Yarshova topped the women’s ranking. Great Britain’s Oko Aikeremiokha launched himself onto the Double Mini-Trampoline like a rocket, scoring over 30 points for an incredible pass, and the gold medal.
Alena Kalashnikova held off Molly Mckenna (GBR) by three tenths in women’s DMT while the tumbling track saw World bronze medallist Lani Spiessens and defending Champion Alexandra Efraimoglou (GRE) go head-to-head in a thrilling super final. With 25.100, Spiessens clinched the European crown for Belgium.
A new addition this year … the U21 age category! Neutral athletes Fedor Sorokin and Viktoryia Asiayuk wrote their names in the history books as the first ever Trampoline U21 European Champions, while Georgian pair Maia Bochoridze / Tsotne Chkhaidze clinched the maiden U21 Mixed Pair Synchro title.
