2017 Rhythmic Gymnastics Worlds in Pesaro

* fig-news --: The 2017 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships will take place in Pesaro, Italy. The FIG Executive Committee decided to entrust the organisation of these championships to the Italian Gymnastics Federation (FGI) during its February meeting in Lausanne.

The competition will be held from August 29 to September 3, 2017, at the Adriatic Arena, a venue that is well known to the athletes as Pesaro has been a regular stop on the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup circuit since 2009.
The 2018 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships had already been assigned to Sofia, Bulgaria, and the 2019 Worlds to Baku, Azerbaijan.
