The 29th EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS in TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS will take place in Guimaraes, Portugal, in the first week of April from 3 - 7 April 2024. They are organised in the disciplines of Trampoline (TRA, Olympic apparatus), Synchronised jumping (SYN), Double minitramp (DMT) and tumbling (TUM), both for the elite classes of women and men (ECh) as well as a continental championships for young European gymnasts (JECh; girls & boys).

It was inevitable that there would be problems with the admission or exclusion of Russian and/or Belarusian athletes from the upcoming Olympic Games due to the unclear and vague definition of the exclusion procedure and the different views on it. The last Trampoline World Cup in Cottbus, where German authorities refused entry to Russian/Belarusian athletes ... nevertheless, there were "unwanted participations" and even the fulfilment of start criteria for Paris...
