Most successful World Champs for host Germany
The 23rd Trampoline World Championships 2003 ended with the event finals in the Olympic disciplines trampoline- individual men and women as well as with the finals in the disciplines tumbling and double- minitramp.
The German Henrik Stehlik from Salzgitter won two gold medals and the very first gold medal in men's individual disciplin for Germany.
It was the most successful world chammps for host Germany...

On the final day of the Trampoline World Championships the finals in the Olympic disciplines took place. Henrik Stehlik from Germany presented a faultless routine in the last final of this event and surprisingly won the gold medal in front of Olympic Champion Alexander Moskalenko (RUS) and David Martin (FRA).

Today the German women’s synchron pair Anna Dogonadze and Jessica Simon, which has been newly created three months ago when Tina Ludwig retired, managed to win the bronze medal for the host nation of these Championships.
Belarus with Galina Lebedeva/ Tatiana Petrenia won the gold medal in front of Ukraine with Julia Domshevska/ Olena Movtchan. The favorites from Russia with Olympic Champion Irina Karavajeva dropped out…

TEAM DECISIONS
Only with the last routine of the competition presented by Olympic Champion Alexander Moskalenko the decision in the men’s team final has been taken: The audience cheerfully celebrated the gold medal of the German team which narrowly won the event being 0.1 points ahead of Russia. The team from Ukraine managed to win the bronze medal.
In the women’s team final the Russians then won the gold medal in front of China and Canada.
