*UEG-press--: The delegates of the 47 UEG federations have elected with 24 votes Georges Guelzec, France, actual vice – president, to the presidency for the next period 2010 to 2013.
The leaving president Dimitrios Dimitropoulos has received 22 votes.
Four candidates were running for the 3 mandates of vice-presidency.
The new presidential board of the UEG will be formed, in addition to the President Georges Guelzec, of
- Mrs. Malin Eggerts Forsmark SWE (new),
- Mr. Ruedi Hediger SUI (new) and Paul Garber GBR (re-elected).

- Antonio Esteban Cerdan (ESP, former),
- Igor Korbochinskyi (UKR, former).

The 8 presidents of the technical commitees are relected as follows :
