Javier Gomez - best Spaniard, ranked 5th

Portugal gives always its best in its host competition, showing the best of the best of their MAG, even when they now miss the presence of the local star Felipe Besugo, who eventually did it to Athens 2004.

Belgium impressed in the morning with a very clean and powerful competition, showing that they had some words to say in the final results.
