48th EUROPEANS of MEN's Artistic Gymnastics 2026

Since the inaugural event 71 years ago in Frankfurt am Main (1955), the European Gymnastics Federation (formerly the ‘UEG’) has been organising continental men’s gymnastics championships. The 48^th European Men’s Gymnastics Championships in 2026 will take place from 19 to 23 August in Zagreb, Croatia, for the very first time. .

* PREVIEW –:
Great Britain, the four-time champions and defending title holders, are aiming for a team medal for the 10th time since 2010, following their success in Leipzig/GER in 2025; but following 2018, seven-time European champions (1996–2018) Russia are back in the running, whilst European silver medallists Switzerland and last year’s bronze medallists Italy are also once again contenders for medals.
