The 2nd Junior World Artistic Gymnastics Championships 2023  will be held in Antalya, Turkey from March 29 to April 02.
The inaugural edition was held in Győr, Hungary in June 2019. Subsequent championships are then to be held biannually in odd numbered years from 2021 onward. Almost 3 months before her 92nd birthday, the former FIG gymnastics expert and international referee Margot DIETZ passed away peacefully in Potsdam yesterday (February 14)! In view of the terrible earthquake catastrophe in Turkey and Syria and its traumatic consequences, the Turkish Gymnastics Federation as host of the European Gymnastics Championships planned for April 11 - 16 has not yet made any official decisions.
