15 international top teams of women's gymnastics will meet at the sportshall "Wandsbek" with the best gymnasts from the host city, fighting for the new donated Hamburg Team Trophy, ...

At November 27 also a special School Gymnastic Cup 2009 of the city of Hamburg will have its finish there.

Hamburg's "Federation for Gymnastics and Leasure"
( Verband für Turnen und Freizeit Hamburg e.V.; (VTF)
is the biggest sports federation in Hamburg, including 142,000 members.
As a forerunner model Hamburg organized from 2002 to 2006 the so called "International Alster Cup" for femal gymnasts and starts a new international event from 2009 on:
